wmtk::components::isotropic_remeshing::ReplacedSurface Struct Reference

#include <IsotropicRemeshing.h>

Classes

struct  Crease

Public Member Functions

std::optional< Eigen::Vector3d > normal (int64_t region) const
 The summed area vectors of region; none if the triangles have none there.

const Crease * crease (size_t a, size_t b) const
 The crease (a, b), in either order; none if the triangles have no such crease.

void rename (size_t from, size_t to)

bool folded () const
 Whether they, or the stars around them, fold the surface over already.

Public Attributes

std::vector< std::pair< int64_t, Eigen::Vector3d > > normals
 Each region's area vectors, summed.

size_t against = 0
 The ones that do not face along their region's normal.

size_t star_folds = 0

std::vector< Crease > creases

Detailed Description

The triangles an operation replaces, as IsotropicRemeshing::set_check_inversions sees them: each region of the feature curves among them on its own (one, without curves).

Member Function Documentation

◆ rename()

void wmtk::components::isotropic_remeshing::ReplacedSurface::rename ( size_t  from,
size_t  to
)
inline

A collapse renames the vertex it removes, from, to the one it keeps: the creases follow, so that an edge of the curve it leaves meets the edge it continues.

Member Data Documentation

◆ star_folds

size_t wmtk::components::isotropic_remeshing::ReplacedSurface::star_folds = 0

The folds in the stars of their vertices: triangles that do not face along the summed area vector of their region of the star, over those stars.
