Detailed Description

Per-face construction label; the surface tags themselves are the base's wmtk::SurfaceTagAttributes. Registered with m_face_attr_group.

Two faces that a collapse makes one, as the base's SurfaceTagAttributes::merge(): the labels combine by closed_label(), on_sheet is the OR.

The face lies on the input's envelope surface group (within its envelope): selectable as the complex by name, held in that group's envelope. Re-derived by classify_sheet_faces() and read only before the optimization starts; the optimization's operations carry it with the label (see m_face_extra in TopoOffsetTetMesh). The 2D twin is EdgeExtra2d::on_curve.
